		<description>Hey, that sounds like an interesting book. We had an outhouse on our farm. It was nice sitting in the sunlight ( coming through the lone window) there surrounded by old wood and a few drowsy bees while reading the Sears catalog. Unused for decades it is now reduced to a few boards in the woods. Thanks for commenting!</description>

My father has a small book entitled &quot;Gems of American Architecture&quot; and it has photographs of various outhouses, ranging from primitive wood slat structures to brick and stucco. It was published around 1900. I love that odd book.
